GULF CONTRACTING CO. W.L.L. (formerly known as GULF HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION CO. W.L.L.) was established in Qatar in 1976 as a Building and Civil Works Contractor, incorporating a separate Division specializing in the manufacture of SPACEMAKER portable pre- fabricated buildings. AL MANJARA, the joinery subsidiary was incorporated in 1997 as a separate division of Gulf Housing & Construction Co., to execute carpentry & joinery works and to carry out large prestigious projects including banks, hotels and palace fit outs.
